Method 1: In-App Chat (Fastest)

  1. Open the Snapp Trust Badges & Icons app in your Shopify Admin.

  2. Look for the Chat/Support icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.

  3. Send us a message, and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Method 2: Email Support You can also email us directly at [email protected].

  • Please include your domain (e.g., yourstorename.myshopify.com) and a description of your issue so we can locate your account and check your settings immediately.
