How do I cancel my subscription? To cancel your subscription, simply uninstall the app from your Shopify Admin.
Note: Shopify automatically stops the billing cycle the moment the app is removed. You do not need to contact us to cancel.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Open the app dashboard and go to the Settings tab.
Click on Pricing (or the Upgrade button in the top menu).
Select the plan you want to switch to.
Upgrading: You will be charged the pro-rated difference immediately, and the new features will unlock instantly.
Downgrading: The change takes effect immediately. Shopify will issue a credit for the unused portion of your previous plan, which will be applied to your future app charges.
Can I transfer my subscription to another store? Shopify handles billing separately for each store. You cannot "transfer" a subscription.
Solution: You must install the app on the new store and subscribe to the plan there. If you have a specific case (like moving from a staging site to a live site), please contact support.
What is your refund policy? As a Shopify App, we follow Shopify's standard billing cycle. If you uninstall the app before your trial ends, you will not be charged.
